i like that idea Mistress. i always feel more pathetic with a collar on.

I absolutely agree! but also include a little bell, that would create a delightful tinkling sound against the tag every time he moves.
that would be so humiliating Mistress. Everyone would laugh hearing the bell, knowing that the freak slave was at all times.
